When looking for a new office it's important to consider what you actually want from your office. Be realistic; do you really need a 50 floor building with 1000 car parking spaces? Hmm, I thought not! Think about what budget you have and how far it will stretch! Serviced offices are a great choice for those who aren't sure exactly how much they want or need to spend each month. Put simply, serviced offices are offices which have one monthly bill. This means all utilities such as internet, cleaning, furniture and electricity and included in the bill. If you know exactly what you need then maybe you should consider a more "traditional" managed option. Managed offices are, in essence, a blank page. All you get and pay for is the office - arranging and managing everything else is up to you! If you're lazy, go for a serviced office but if you feel you have the time to arrange and manage your office then go for a "traditional" office! You need to also consider the lease you want. Are you happy to tie into a long term contract and save some cash or would you prefer to be flexible so you can adapt quickly to any change in your business?
